Hello David, great to visit another new and so wonderfully atmospheric painting. If there is one thing about the UK that never changes, it's our unpredictable weather! Yet how "above it all" is the man in the top hat with the cart and horse, and how unperturbed the holiday makers strolling along the promenade. It's spacious and detailed ,beautifully drawn as always and I just marvel at how you so flawlessly painted the sky and wet roads. Awesome reflections of the horse and wheels, seamless in fact, like a mirror. Love ALL your works! L/F
